I am an LPC-S who has been in private practice for over 14 years. I also have a background working in inpatient and outpatient facilities, rehabilitation centers, and advocacy centers.
My approaches are trauma-focused, including polyvagal therapy, EMDR, somatosensory, cognitive processing, and internal family systems (IFS).
I am a huge advocate for AAPI, immigrant, and BIPOC communities as well as the LGBTQIA community. I offer services from a justice-oriented and decolonized lens to provide a safe environment for clients to find holistic healing.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you NOT to be?” Marianne Williamson

My passion is to see people experience true freedom from the negative life experiences that have kept them from stepping into their fullest capacity for love, joy, peace, and meaningful relationships-with themselves and with others. I view counseling as a partnership, walking alongside them on their unique journey toward greater health, healing, and wholeness.
Because I’ve walked my own path of healing, I understand that the process can feel overwhelming at times. But I also know it holds moments of breakthrough, insight, and transformation. My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep belief in the resilience of the human spirit.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University. Because of my background in both mental health and physical care, I approach healing from a holistic perspective-acknowledging that we are integrated beings: body, soul, and spirit. I believe that both past and present traumas can deeply affect our relationships, as well as our emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.
In my practice, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore, process, and grow. I believe with the right space, tools, and support, everyone has the capacity to heal.
Welcome to this next step in your personal journey toward greater freedom and wholeness
